MONTY'S PYTHONS

AN amateur dramatic society has sold every ticket for its no-holds-barred version of The Full Monty in a former church.

One woman who has seen the show said: "The cast stood full frontal for three seconds. It's much better than the film."

Director Sarah O'Connor said: "From day one the boys in the show were up for it and asking 'Can we get our kit off now?' "With the original 1997 film I felt let down because it stopped short."

Iain Douglas, star of the show in Torbay, Devon, said: "We wanted to give the audience their money's worth. We've not had a single complaint."
